In a recent survey of NAILBA membership, the responders identified their most critically important areas to help in growing their business. Production Development – Sales & Marketing was near the top of that list. The top priority need identified within Production Development was Recruiting Practices.
As a result of this high need the NAILBA Professional Development Committee took on the task of reaching out to BGAs with a short questionnaire to learn their recruiting “Best Practices;” over 25 BGAs responded.
The resulting workbook is a compilation of those practices primarily focused on experienced agents but with healthy doses of ideas around inexperienced agent recruiting and other practices. These practices are working in agencies today so look at this as a “memory jogger” with some new ideas and techniques.
We look at this as setting the foundation for continuous building of these practices. The Recruitment Practices Workbook will:
- Identify recruiting “best practices” as recommended by your fellow NAILBA members
- Suggest different approaches for new and experienced agent recruiting
- Provide an opportunity for NAILBA members to continually update and improve the workbook.
